Add a Venmo account

If you're in the U.S., you may be able to add Venmo as a billing method to pay freelancers. To qualify, your Venmo account must be active, in good standing, and linked to a financial account.

Add Venmo as a billing method

1. Go to Account settings (desktop) or Settings (mobile app) > Billing & Payments
2. Select Add a method
3. If Venmo is listed, you're eligible to add it

Requirements and limitations

In order to use Venmo:

• Your Venmo account must be active, in good standing, and have a financial account connected to your Venmo wallet
• You must be in the U.S.
