The Upwork Enterprise self-serve portal

Upwork Enterprise self-serve portal can walk you through our platform, answer questions, or get the help you need. Found through the icon on the bottom of your dashboard page, you can interact with the portal like you would with an account representative or support agent. Can I contact Enterprise Support via chat?

We do not yet offer chat support for Enterprise yet, but you can contact us through email. To email us, select Email us on the Support home page, which will open the contact us form for you to complete.
