✓ Enable freelancers to change feedback

Freelancers or agencies may request to revise feedback, but they must first obtain your approval. Only allow changes if you're comfortable with a complete revision of the original feedback.

Sometimes a freelancer or agency may want to change the feedback they gave you. Before they can do that, they need to ask for your permission. If they ask:

• You have 14 days to approve or decline their request to edit

• If you approve, they have 14 days to submit updated feedback

• Once they submit the edit, it’s final—they won’t be able to change it again

Tip: Feedback edits can be positive, negative, or neutral, so be sure you are comfortable with any potential changes. 

To allow feedback changes

1. Go to Manage work > All contracts
2. Select the freelancer’s contract title to open the contract workroom
3. Under the Details tab of the workroom, select the Enable freelancer to change feedback link
